My fitness Story Start

Around late 2009 I was watching film Undisputed 3, I like to watch fighting/action movies the main actor is scott adkins his boxing style amuse me and also I was amazed by his body so I was thinking to get body like him, so I'm start gathering information "how to get sixpack".

The first book I have read is popular book by Tom venuto "Burn Fat Feed Muscle", I have learn many way to track a fitness progress, and also the very popular 6 meal diet, I tried the program for 1 month but I feel it sooo hard to continue the diet.

My life is not only for counting the calories and timing when is my next meal and preparing meal every 2 hours.So I want to stop the diet and try to find another program/diet.

I found many ways of diet through my research:
-Atkins diet: low carbohydrat diet, I was reject this at very first and never try it because I dont like eating just protein. I want enjoy all food.
-Paleo diet: It copy the our ancient human diet how they live, at first I want to try it but it also have to use much money, yes money to buy fruit stock, lot of meats. then I think maybe I will found a cheaper way for diet.

Then I continue my research...
As I'm a muslim and in Islam we have a "Fasting", we are recommended to fast:
2 days/week(monday and thursday)
3 days/month(13,14,15 every months)
30days/year( Ramadan fasting is wajib for all muslim)

So I tried to search a keyword "fasting for fat loss" then I found "intermittent fasting".
so basically it have meet my diet criteria:
1. save money (dont have to stock up your fridge with meat and fruit, just eat your everyday health food)
2. save time (dont have to preaparing meal every 2 hours)
3. no food type restriction (not low carb, or high protein)

i know many have faces this problem and so i, i bought mine on e-store
from malaysia but i try to activate from middle east, so it say
"Activation code is invalid for this region"..

How To Add Subtitle On Video With Hardsub(permanent)

Guide

You must have have 1.Virtualdubmod 2.Vobsub (all free) 3.Video 4.Subtitle
Download and extract Virtualdubmod.

Install Vobsub
When you install VobSub be sure to select VobSub for Virtualdub and TextSub for Virtualdub and AviSynth under Plugins:

Find the Virtualdubmod directory:

Run Virtualdubmod then open your video.
(If a message popups that VBR audio stream detected just select NO)
Add the TextSub filter under Video->Filters.
Open the srt, sub(text), smi, ssa subtitle.
(If you have an idx/sub/ifo subtitle add the VobSub filter intead.)

Set Video->Full Processing.
Set Video->Compression and select Divx or Xvid. Install DivX Codec or XviD Codec if you can't see the in the compression list.

And last save as a new AVI, File->Save AVI.
(If you want to convert directly to a VCD, SVCD or DVD MPEG2 frameserve to an mpeg encoder, read this guide.)

Problems
I can't install Vobsub. Vobsub wont work.
Try use latest VSFilter instead. Install it and then copy the VSFilter.dll to the plugins folder under the Virtualdubmod folder and rename it to VSFilter.vdf. Like c:\program files\virtualdubmod\plugins\VSFilter.vdf

VBR audio stream detected
Just select NO.

Can't see any DivX or XviD in the compression list
Install the DivX Codec or Xvid Codec.

Can't open the video
Identify the video codec with Gspot or avicodec. Then download and install that codec, usually DivX Codec or XviD Codec or try ffdshow(and enable VFW decoding)

The source image format is not acceptable (error code -2). Or other problems.

Why don’t brain cancer, or heart cancer a common cancer? Because heart and brain is critical organ in our body that affect the survival of our body! Body is very intelligent (body is underrated, mind is overrated). If we got loads of toxin in our body that the body cannot eliminate in time, it will be harmful to us. Since it must be kept in the body, the body will choose to deposits them into the most useless (~sorry~!) organ in our body to ensure our survival.

That’s why the body choose to deposit them into the the uterus and into breast!
I know I know, I am not saying uterus and breast is not important. They are important in making the next generation and feeding your child but in terms of survival, they don’t play important roles. If the body choose to deposit the toxin to the heart or the brain, the body will die very quickly.

1. Palestin boleh menjadi asas kesatuan ummah dan da'wah dalam mengembalikan hati-hati, fikrah dan amal umat Islam.

Senario Perjuangan dan Sejarah

~Perjuangan bersenjata untuk membebaskan Palestin dipelopori oleh FATAH (1958/1959) – kemudiannya membentuk PLO (1964) di bawah kepimpinan Yasser Arafat (1969-2004).

~FATAH – cabang politik PLO Parti Nasionlis Sekular) sekarang dipimpin oleh Mahmoud Abbas

~1993 – di I'tiraf oleh Yahudi setelah Yasser mengi'tiraf Negara Israel. Perjanjian OSLO.

~Objektifnya untuk membebaskan Palestin dan mendirikan sebuah negara Palestin sekular yang merdeka.

~Sementara itu Gerakan Islam terus bekerja membela rakyat Palestin – mereka ini mewarisi perjuangan jihad rakyat Palestin yg dipimpin oleh ulama spt Mufti Al-Haj Amin Husaini semenjak tahun 1920’an, pejuang spt Syeikh Izzuddin al-Qassam (1936) dan perjuangan as-syahid Hassan Al-Banna yang menghantar sukarelawan untuk berjuang membebaskan Palestin sejak tahun 1948.

~Gerakan Islam di tekan di Timur Tengah. Namun mereka terus bekerja membina umat melalui program pentarbiyahan (pendidikan) dan kebajikan (sekolah, hospital, dll).

~Akhirnya terbentuk HAMAS (1987) – menjadikan Jihad Qital sebagai wasilah utama di samping wasail yang lain – POLITIK. (Pengasas Sh Ahmad Yassin)‏

~PLO semakin lemah dan dilihat gagal dalam mewakili perjuangan rakyat Palestin. Sementara Gerakan Islam terus mendapat sokongan kerana pembelaan dan program-program kebajikan, pendidikan dan kemasyrakatan.

~Akhirnya ia membentuk gelombang itifadah yang pertama pada tahun 1987. Buat pertama kalinya perjuangan Palestin dalam zaman moden diistiharkan sebagai jihad untuk menubuhkan negara Islam Palestin yg merdeka – Tertubuhnya HAMAS.

~ Isreal yg tidak dapat berhadapan dengan gelombang kebangkitan rakyat ini akhirnya mengiktiraf PLO pada tahun 1988.(meskipun sebelum ini PLO dicop sebagai pengganas – dan meskipun PLO ada kerusi khas di PBB).

~ PLO yang semakin lemah melihat pengiktirafan ini sebagai peluang untuk mewakili kepentingan rakyat Palestin.

~ Pada tahun 1988 PLO mengiktiraf resolusi 181 dan resolusi 242 (Majlis Keselamatan) setelah 40 tahun menolaknya, bersedia mengiktiraf Israel dan bersetuju untuk menyelesaikan konflik secara aman. Implikasinya PLO menjual 77% dari bumi Palestin kepada Yahudi zionis. Persetujuan ini telah membuka jalan kepada Perjanjian Madrid (1990) dan ‘Oslo Accord’ (1993) yg ditandatangi di Washington DC.

~ PLO bersetuju untuk mengubah perlembagaannya untuk menghapuskan Israel dan membebaskan wilayah Palestin sepenuhnya dan mengiktiraf kewujudan Israel.
Israel pula mengiktiraf PLO sebagai wakil rakyat Palestin. Memberi kuasa otonomi yg sangat terbatas di Tebing Barat dan Sem. Gaza.

Kejutan besar kerana HAMAS menang besar; hampir 60% dari kerusi yang dipertandingkan.

~ Kemenangan ini mengejutkan kerana:
1. PR disahkan adil dan bebas oleh Pemerhati PR – diketuai oleh Mantan Pres US Carter.
2. Peratusan keluar mengundi yang tinggi.
3. Tekanan dan sekatan Israel ke atas calon-calon HAMAS.
4. Membuktikan HAMAS menang bukan kerana ugutan, membeli undi atau taktik-taktik tidak jujur.
5. Amerika terkejut bagaimana sebuah organisasi ‘pengganas’ mendapat mandat selesa dari rakyat? Akibat dari kegagalan memahami aspirasi rakyat Palestin yang telah dijajah dan dinafikan hak dan tanah air mereka.

~ Selama ini dunia menyangka PNA (Pihak Berkuasa Palestin) membela rakyat Palestin.
Apa yg sebenarnya ialah PNA yg diterajui oleh FATAH (dulunya PLO) telah mengkhianati rakyat Palestin.

Apa Tindakan Amerika Syarikat?

-Membentuk quartet (4 negara).
-Tujuannya utk menekan Kerajaan Palestin baru yg dibentuk oleh HAMAS.
-Tuntutan mereka:
1. HAMAS melucutkan senjata.
2. Mengiktiraf Israel.
3. Menghormati semua perjanjian yg di tanda tangani di antara PNA sebelum ini dgn Israel.

Tiada Tuntutan atas Israel?

- Resolusi 194 (1948): PBB meluluskan ketetapan supaya pelarian Palestin diizinkan pulang pada waktu paling dekat. (Namun kini lebih 60 tahun dan resolusi itu terkubur begitu sahaja tanpa tindakan)

- Resolusi 2253 (1967) dan ES 712 (1980): mendesak Israel supaya keluar dari Baitul Maqdis. (Namun, apa yang berlaku ialah Israel mengistihar Baitul Maqdis sebagai ‘United City’ dan ‘Eternal Capital’ of Israel (14 negara anggota Majlis keselamatan mengutuk pengistiharan tersebut – kecuali US) )

Apa Implikasi jika enggan patuh?

- US menarik balik bantuan kewangan sebanyak USD 1 billion setahun.
- Israel akan berhenti meyalurkan USD 50 juta sebulan dari hasil cukai yg dikutip bagi pihak rakyat Palestin.
- US menuntut USD 50 juta yg telah disalurkan dipulangkan (HAMAS telahpun memulangkannya)‏
- Menyekat mana-mana bantuan yang disalurkan melalui bank-bank tempatan
- Mengugut mana-mana negara yang berhasrat utk menyalurkan bantuan kewangan

Sikap Negara Islam

- Liga Arab tidak menjemput HAMAS dalam persidangan kemuncaknya di Sudan meskipun HAMAS telah membentuk kerajaan yg sah mewakili rakyat.

- Enggan menemui pemimpin HAMAS. Wakil HAMAS hanya ditemui oleh Pegawai keselamatan dan pegawai rendah.

- Contoh Deskriminasi: Menteri Luar Mahmud Al-Azhar singgah di Cairo dlm rangka lawatan ke negara-negara Islam. Tidak ada menteri atau setiausaha yang menemui beliau.

Kesannya kepada Rakyat

- Kerajaan baru HAMAS kini mengalami defisit tahun 2006 sebanyak 660juta USD – ini dalam keadaan tidak mengalami sekatan ekonomi dari US dan keengganan Israel menyalurkan hasil cukai yang berhak ke atas rakyat Palestin.

- Pasaran saham merudum sebanyak 20% sejak kemenangan dalam PR 25 Jan. akibat tekanan Amerika.

- Kerajaan HAMAS kini tdk mempunyai sumber untuk membayar gaji kakitangan kerajaan – hampir setiap hari pejabat Kerajaan digempur oleh pasukan bersenjata – penyokong FATAH yg menuntut pembayaran gaji (sebenarnya mereka ini didalangi oleh Amerika/Israel supaya menggagalkan kerajaan HAMAS).

Kenapa Hamas tetap pendirian?

~ Sedikit imbasan sejarah adalah perlu.

- Israel ditubuhkan pada tahun 1948 melalui resolusi 181 PBB di atas 77% bumi Palestin.
- Natijah darinya 1 juta rakyat Palestin kehilngan tempat tinggal dan terusir dari tanah air mereka sendiri.
- Pada tahun 1967 Israel menduduki Tebing Barat (termasuk baitul Maqdis) dan Sem. Gaza.
- Negara Palestin hilang dari peta dunia.
- Hari ini pelarian Palestin mencecah lebih 5 juta orang; Baitul Maqdis diistiharkan ibu negara Israel yg abadi; dan mesjid Al-Aqsa akan diruntuhkan dan diganti dengan kuil Yahudi (Haikal Sulaiman).

Rumusan

Mengiktiraf Israel bererti:

1. Memperakui penubuhan negara haram Israel atas tanah Palestin milik ummat Islam.
2. Menghalalkan jenayah keji yang telah dilakukan oleh Yahudi sepanjang pendudukan di bumi Palestin.
3. Mengkhianati 5 juta pelarian Palestin dan para syuhada yang bergadai nyawa ingin membebaskan Palestin.
4. Merestui hasrat Yahudi untuk menguasai Baitul Maqdis dan meruntuhkan Aqsa.
5. Meruntuhkan 'aqidah Muslim yang memerintahkan ummahnya mempertahankan Al-Aqsa daripada Kekejaman dan kejahatan Rejim Zionis Israel.

Apa tindakan Umat Islam?

1. Jika AS menggunakan sekatan ekonomi ke atas musuh mereka, ummat Islam perlu bersatu memboikot produk amerika. Lebih2 lagi keatas produk Yahudi itu sendiri. Boikot perlu diperhebatkan.

2. Sumbangan terus menerus perlu sentiasa diadakan. Janganlah menderma bila satu konflik sahaja berlaku, kerana Al-Aqsa masih dijajah dan muslim masih dibunuh dan diseksa saban hari.

3. Berdoa. Doa ialah senjata mukmin yang terkuat. Doakan keselamatan saudara semuslim kita disana dan doakan ummah kembali bersatu dalam fikrah islam yang sebenar.

4. Sebarkan isu ini sehingga menjadi buah mulut perbincangan terutamanya antara muda mudi. Supaya isu ini tidak akan menjadi asing lagi buat umat islam. Ini bukan isu kenegaraan, ia isu Islam. Banyakkan program pembinaan insan dan kesedaran mengenai isu ini dan gunakan platform ini untuk menyatukan kesatuan yang ada.

5. Tawakkal dengan Allah. Dalam usaha kita berjuang, kita sentiasa perlu bertawakal. Bukan bermakna kita berusaha dulu, baru bertawakal, tetapi kita bertawakkal sepanjang masa dan yakin bahawa janji Allah itu pasti dan tiada yang lebih baik penjamin janji selain-Nya.

ok here is the step :
what will you need in this tutorial: Firefox or Internet Explorer, Orbit Downloader, (optional) Rapidleech
1.Download and install Orbit Downloader, yes we’re gonna use this lightweight freeware download manager
2.Open Orbit, open “Grab++” under “tools” menu

3.Open Firefox or IE, Go to the MySpace site that you want to download the music from ex: http://www.myspace.com/djiwalangkadji (nice band anyway)

4.Let say you want to download “Engga Gaul” song from that myspace page, just click on that song and when it start playing you will notice something like this in Grab++

    I carry my USB flash drive that contains a lot of portable tools with me all the time but I am afraid of one thing, which is a computer virus such as JambanMu or MaxTrox that is able to infect USB flash drives and bind itself to the executable files in there. So far there are only ways to disable writing to USB flash drive on your computer by editing the registry but if you plug it into a public computer which has virus, your USB flash drive will be writable and can be infected by virus. So is having a pendrive with a built-in write protect switch the only way to prevent the drive from virus infection?

            Few days ago I found out about PenProtector which claims to protect all removable disks from additions of new files. PenProtector prevents the writing on pendrive of viruses, trojans, dialers and any other type of executable that would use the removable disk to replicate it self. PenProtector cost €3,90 and I bought a copy to see what it really does. From my observation, PenProtector creates a “block” file to fill up the remaining free space on the USB flash drive. When there is no space left on the removable drive, virus won’t be able to copy itself to to drive or infect any executable files.

           Honestly, it is not worth buying PenProtector because there are a few FREE ways to write protect a USB flash drive by creating a fake dummy file to fill up the removable disks free space.

Lately, Windows XP users have been increasingly seeing this error. I also encountered the same error on my pc when I would plug in some of my USB devices. Assuming the device is working fine (you can check by plugging it in another PC), there are a number of fixes suggested by users around the internet including reinstalling drivers and some registry hacks. The reason why I was getting this error was dust in the usb plug and socket. Here is how I proceeded to fix it:

1. Disconnect the device so it has no power. Disconnect the AC power from the laptop and remove your battery from the laptop.

2. Closing down your computer and switching it off at the mains socket. Seemingly this allows any residual current on the motherboard or any stray capacitance to discharge.

"I get a message telling me my USB key needs to be formatted, I click ok, try to format and I get a message saying , disk is write protected, the problem is I've been using that key for over a year with no problem, can anyone help please"

suddenly usb pendrive become write protected and cannot transfer files on it, to fix this just download this software and make sure there are no other USB becoz it will format a first mass storage..

Kalo sminggu dua mkn kt dapur jamiah sedap lagi..kadang-kadang tu sebab free.hehe..tapi kalo dh tiap tiap hari nk menghadap nasi arab, jemu gak.kena rasa gak gulai sambai blacan ka,masak merah sopi ka, tak pun sup sayur campur lada.kalo dulu paling sedap masakan kuning ujen. Memang sedap!

Nasi jamiah blh amik tgh hari je. Tapi kalo muak, makan megi la jawabnye. Senang dimasak, makan pun sedap, pastu rambut pun gugur cepat. Ha!..makan bnyk2 lg!

Blh kata bnyak jemaah megi kt dpur ni. Tu bg yg kurang berkemampuan. Bg mereka (ahlul sa'adah) tempatnya kt DAMAI la.macam-macam ada.
